Position Summary:
The Pastor serves as the spiritual leader and chief administrator of Central Baptist Church, is responsible for preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care, and leadership in all areas of congregational life. This individual is also responsible for nurturing the spiritual growth of the congregation, overseeing ministry programs, and guiding the church in fulfilling its mission to glorify God.
